Awunli Eghosasere’s journey proves that career paths aren’t always linear. After a five-year pause as a stay-at-home mom, she returned to the professional world and today serves as Director of Finance at the Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations (CONGOs) while founding HapiWify Solutions, a social impact initiative empowering women across Africa.

“It was more than just writing,” she says. “It allowed me to synthesise complex business information, understand audiences and step confidently into leadership roles.” Today, these skills underpin both her strategic work at CONGOs and her mission-driven initiatives with HapiWify Solutions.

As founder of HapiWify Solutions, Eghosasere has influenced over 1,000 women through workshops and digital resources, helping them build confidence, professional clarity and leadership skills. In parallel, she oversees internal operations across multiple NGO projects, combining financial oversight, operational alignment and research-driven content creation.

Her approach is guided by the principle of “Service through Clarity.” By simplifying complex systems and highlighting potential in others, she creates ripple effects that extend far beyond her immediate sphere. “Seeing women unlock their potential and take meaningful steps in their careers is deeply rewarding,” she says.
